Terms of Use

1. Bookings and payments are made via the website. The field can only be used if it has been booked and paid for.
2. Cancellations: If the client arrives late, the booking cannot be extended.
3. Refunds: Will be given if more than 24 hours notice is given.
4. Locko Bark reserves the right to withdraw permission to use the facility at their own discretion.
5. Bookings are transferable, please contact us to confirm.
6. In the event of bringing a friend/ family or sending someone in place of you, you agree that you assume responsibility for their safety & ensure they abide by the T&C’s at all times whilst using the field.
7. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there is a sufficient amount of time to unload their dogs, use the field and load their dogs into the vehicle during your allocated time slot. Please note that the time slot is not just for the time in the field. Please do not arrive more than five minutes before your time slot is due to start.
8. Please note only two cars are permitted per time slot.
9. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times until within the secure field.
10. Children are welcome to visit the site but must be fully supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
11. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the site is suitable for their dog.
12. The use of the field area is at owners own risk. Please not the ground is of an uneven surface.
13. You are entirely responsible for yours and your dog’s safety whilst visiting Locko Park and should be in control of your dog at all times.
14. We take no responsibility for any dog escaping the field.
15. All dogs visiting the field must be up to date with their vaccinations and be regularly treated for flea, tick and worm prevention.
16. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. No dogs are to be left unattended in vehicles.
17. It is your responsibility to pick up after your dogs before leaving the site, bins are provided.
18. The drive to Locko Bark is a public right of way and bridleway. This takes precedence and you must give way to users of this right of way.
19. Vehicles are left entirely at your own risk, Locko Bark accept no responsibility for any loss damage incurred or accident or otherwise whilst on site.
20. No responsibility will be taken by Locko Park Estate, for damage, death or injury sustained to individuals, animals & property whilst on the site.
    Whilst every effort is made to keep the field clean, we cannot guarantee there will not be any dog poo in the field.
