The gate code will be emailed and sent by text message shortly before your session begins.

We operate a no refund policy – you may re-schedule your session if you cannot make it

Winter Time Booking (October to March)..

Please check that you receive a booking confirmation email, some LINK payment bookings are not completing and the booking is not being made.
Without a confirmation email you DO NOT have a slot booked!

The code for the gate will be emailed to you shortly before your exercise session.

If you cannot attend your booking for whatever reason you may prefer to simply move the booking to an alternative date and time, but please contact us if you need help.

A few customers are experiencing issues with the payments.
The payment checkout page may become blank.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, then you do not have a booking.
Please retry the booking process, this normally works.
